"Good day, I would like to take a moment to praise the courtesy, knowledge, and great communication of Vanessa Garcia, and Tonya Santo's agency. I am a long-retired older person in a wheelchair and looking for an insurance plan for one of my children that will continue after I'm gone. Not a fun thing to say, but I thought it would be one way to help one of my children with final expenses and a cash value policy that would be paid for what l leave behind. I didn't know how to communicate what I just wrote before I spoke to Vanessa who responded to my inquiry around 5:00. I don't pay much attention to clocks anymore and didn't realize that it was closing time. After I saw the timestamp on the email I figured well maybe tomorrow or Friday I'll get a reply. Yet Vanessa replied and I called her, I am sure I probably spent 10 minutes or more with just a jumble of words not understanding what I actually wanted. Vanessa so kindly--- I can't emphasize how courteous she was--- unpacked all of the gibberish I was trying to communicate. After a few exchanges of phone calls ---again all after her hours, Vanessa organized my thoughts and actually produced options and real agreements that I could review with my (other) children this weekend. Sorry this is so long but if anyone like me is in a similar situation ---not physically I pray--- but mentally, and you know what you want but it's really hard to put it into language I would highly recommend Vanessa Garcia at this State Farm agency, it should say the name !!
