"Good day, I would like to take a moment to praise the courtesy, knowledge, and great communication of Vanessa Garcia, and Tonya Santo's agency. I am a long-retired older person in a wheelchair and looking for an insurance plan for one of my children that will continue after I'm gone. Not a fun thing to say, but I thought it would be one way to help one of my children with final expenses and a cash value policy that would be paid for what l leave behind. I didn't know how to communicate what I just wrote before I spoke to Vanessa who responded to my inquiry around 5:00. I don't pay much attention to clocks anymore and didn't realize that it was closing time. After I saw the timestamp on the email I figured well maybe tomorrow or Friday I'll get a reply. Yet Vanessa replied and I called her, I am sure I probably spent 10 minutes or more with just a jumble of words not understanding what I actually wanted. Vanessa so kindly--- I can't emphasize how courteous she was--- unpacked all of the gibberish I was trying to communicate. After a few exchanges of phone calls ---again all after her hours, Vanessa organized my thoughts and actually produced options and real agreements that I could review with my (other) children this weekend. Sorry this is so long but if anyone like me is in a similar situation ---not physically I pray--- but mentally, and you know what you want but it's really hard to put it into language I would highly recommend Vanessa Garcia at this State Farm agency, it should say the name !! "Patty has done such an amazing job taking care of me with all of my incidents. Back in September, I got into my first car accident and I knew nothing about insurance or how it worked. She answered all of my questions with detail, stupid as they may have seemed and walked me through the process of filing my claim and assessing the damage to my vehicle. Then in December when someone stole my catalytic converter, she helped me file that claim too and I was able to get more than half of what I paid for it back, after the deductible. I would've never even known I could file a claim for that if it hadn't been for her! 🙂"

"I am very pleased with my agent, Patricia Alonso. When I have a question regarding my policy she is always available. She takes the time to explain all the different options. One thing that I really like about her is every year she checks in with me to make sure everything is up to date. Any changes to my beneficiaries, she takes cares of it right away. I am very happy to work with someone that really loves what they do. She has the patients and she doesn’t pressure you to get anything you don’t want to get. Patricia is also bilingual! Such a big plus because she was able to help my parents as well. When ever you stop by ask for Patricia! You won’t regret it!"
